서버 2008 설치후 바로 SDK 를 설치하여 프로젝트를 만들고 실행을 하게 되면
오류가 발생하게 된다.
이유는 서버 2008 에는 기본적으로 "사용자 경험" 이 OFF 가 되어 있기 때문이다
